MOM

Well, my mom wasn't even home a week when she had to return back to the hospital. Someone e-mailed me and said maybe God allowed her to go home so that He could save her life. It must be so. Yesterday she had to go to the E.R. of Celebration Hospital because her hand turned black from lack of circulation. They transferred her to Florida Hospital Orlando and today, minutes after another angiogram, she was rushed to Emergency Surgery for her 4th bypass in 8 years. The doctor fears she might lose her hand. He did the best he could to save it, but the next few days are crucial. Before the surgery he was not very optimistic. I don't know now what he thinks. Please keep praying! She is obviously freaked out. Her father had a double amputation of his legs for the same reason! THanks for your prayers. When I told my dad about the situation tonight he said, "So in other words this doctor was concerned about saving a life, not making a buck." He was obviously referring to the other doctor who sent her home after 2 weeks of doing essentially nothing because she didn't have healthcare.
