John's dad update #1,000

I'm not a nurse, so pardon my inability to communicate technical medical stuff. But John's dad was suppose to have his heart scope today. However, they couldn't do it because his platelet count is 26. Normally, the count should range from 150,000 - 400,000. You can read about it (if you have an interest) here: http://www.labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/platelet/test.html

His gums are bleeding. He is weak and is having to have blood transfusions.

His lungs are better though!

Please keep praying.

Still praying. Thanks for the continued updates. You're doing a great job with no nursing skills....learning a bunch a new medical terminology in, too.

Also, send me any revolutionary ideas about "getting the kids in order." Very much interested!

Hi,
We are still praying too.

We enjoyed our trip to Peru. I know you are getting excited to join the group there. Beautiful country
