Blogger on STRIKE

I write and write.

You read and read.

Hardly a comment most days - occasionally from 1 or 2 faithfuls. And I know my blogs average 50 viewers per day.

My friend Heather gets like 4 comments on each blog. Hey, where's MY comments?

So, until I have 20 comments on this blog, I am on STRIKE! :)

I enjoy writing, so I hope I can cross the picket line soon.

Oh yeah...not 20 comments from one person. That would be a violation of union rules.

ok Jessica...I'm a faithful reader and I'm sorry that I don't comment. Usually it's because I'm just checking your blog in a free moment. But you do deserve to know that I am reading and I enjoy EVERY word that you write!!
I hope you get 20 comments soon....I will miss reading about your days in Costa Rica!!! :-)

OK - we read and pray for you all. You visited our church back home and have followed you since then. Hope you get your numbers :-)

I check the blog several times a week, especially to see if there are any new pictures. And by the way, I check lots of blogs from lots of my FPO kids and yours is one of the very best...keep up the good work. Praying for y'all~~

Jessica !
This is the only way that I know how to send e-mail. I have never
blogged and don't know how to begin. I also don't have a web page. But
I love reading your "Blog Novel"! Remember, I've always told you that
you should write a book !
Hope this counts as a comment, so your strike will be over quickly.
We love you and miss you and can't wait to see you all soon

Count me in! We have never met, but I enjoy reading your blogs. It is good to hear what is going on and to learn what it is like to become a missionary, as well as hear about your life before, since that is all new to me also. God bless your family...look forward to hearing again soon.

I could post a long list of excuses, but in the end i would still feel guilty for not commenting. Sorry, I'll try to be more active in your blog, although I read it everyday. It was good to see that John has posted and his skills at writing down thoughts are far more advanced than he may think. Anyway this makes 8. If for any reason you do not get the ransom amount (20), I would still not want to be deprived of your blogs.

I still hope you get your 20, just to show support for you and your family. It really doesn't hurt to get in two does it? That is not 20 from the same person. Thanks for coming back!

I thought you had to have a "google" account to respond. We'll see if that's the case...beacuse I don't. But I am sending this anyway. Hey, I've already told you that the pinacle of my entertainment is reading your blog, so.....here's to no more strikes!

Uh-uh, I'm guilty. :o( Sorry... guess I didn't realize you were LOOKING for comments. Glad you went off-strike but I thought I'd still bump your number up one. Will in still count so late in the game?

I think I'm #17! I know how you feel. I get like 70 hits a day and only average 4 comments, so that's not a good reader/commenter ratio. Not cool!

I told Kitty in an email today I feel silly coming up with excuses when I'm talking to two missionary families with 5 times as many kids as me! So no excuse...I promise to comment from now on. And answer your wonderful email!

I'm sorry but I can't leave it at 18. Call me crazy....call me picky...call me for dinner...but it is too close to 20.
